How we work, and how you pay

Every job — a landing page or a full platform — runs the same way: scoped in writing, built in stages you can see, supported after release. Choose the arrangement that fits, and tell us how you would like to pay: we work with every budget and company size. Questions go straight to the team on WhatsApp or Telegram, not into a ticket queue.

The four steps

  1. 01

    Talk

You tell us what you need, on WhatsApp, Telegram or the form, and you are talking to the team from the first message. We ask questions until we understand the problem properly — usually the same day.

  2. 02

    Quote

We put the scope, the fee and the timescale in writing before any work begins, with payment terms that fit your budget: staged, monthly or spread over time. No surprises later.

  3. 03

    Build

We build in stages and show you working software as it progresses, not only at the end.

  4. 04

    Support

After release we stay on for updates, fixes and changes as the business moves. Ask for a change and it lands in days, not a ticket answered next week and scheduled for next quarter.

Ways to pay

Every job is quoted individually, in writing, before work starts, and how you pay is part of that conversation. You do not need the full fee upfront: tell us what suits your cash flow and we spread the cost over terms agreed with you. There are no prices on this website and nothing is bought here: you receive a quotation, and payment is by invoice or secure payment link.

  • Fixed-price project

A defined scope, a fixed fee and a timescale, all in writing before we start. You know exactly what you are getting and what it costs, and the fee can be spread over a payment schedule rather than paid upfront.

Best for: Websites, apps and systems with a clear brief.

  • Staged milestones

Larger builds are split into stages, each with its own scope and invoice. You see working software at every stage and pay as it lands.

Best for: Platforms, marketplaces and anything that takes months.

  • Monthly retainer

An agreed amount of development time each month for ongoing work: new features, changes, improvements. Flexible, and easy to plan around.

Best for: Products that keep evolving after launch.

  • Support plan

Hosting, monitoring, security updates, fixes and small changes on a monthly plan, with response times agreed in writing.

Best for: Anything live that needs looking after.

Any size job

From a one-page site to a multi-year platform. Small jobs get the same written scope and the same care; large ones are broken into stages so you always know where things stand.

What every project includes

  • Scope, fee and timescale in writing before work starts

  • Direct, instant contact with the team on WhatsApp or Telegram

  • Working software to see and test at every stage

  • Documentation and hand-over of code and accounts

  • Support after release, quoted alongside the build

  • Payment by invoice or secure payment link — never on this website

Services are quoted individually. Payment is made by invoice or secure payment link — we do not collect or store card details on this website.

Questions we are asked

What can you build?

Mobile apps, web applications, websites, online stores, business systems, automation, AI features, integrations and the hosting behind them. If it is software and it can be built, we build it. If you are not sure whether your idea fits, ask — it almost certainly does.

Do you work with small businesses as well as large ones?

Both. The same care goes into a one-page site for a new business as into a platform for an established company — the difference is scope, not standards. Tell us what you need and we will tell you honestly what it takes.

Where do you work?

Worldwide. We work with clients in any country, and everything runs online: calls, shared documents and working software you can open from anywhere, in any time zone.

I have an idea but I am not sure exactly what I need. Can you still help?

That is the normal starting point, and it is the part we are good at. Most people arrive with a problem rather than a specification. We ask questions until the idea is clear enough to price, and if the honest answer is that you need less than you thought, we will say so.

What do you need from me to get started?

A conversation. Tell us what the business does, what you want the software to do, and roughly when you need it. You do not need a written specification, designs or technical detail — that is our job. Content, logins and branding come later, and we will tell you exactly what we need and when.

How long does a build take?

It depends on scope, which is why the timescale goes in writing with the quote rather than being guessed at here. A focused website, or a first version of an app, is usually weeks rather than months. Larger platforms are split into stages so something useful is working early instead of everything arriving at the end.

How do I get a quote, and what does it cost?

Tell us what you need through the form or by message. We ask questions, then put the scope, fee and timescale in writing. There are no prices on this website because every job is different, and nothing is bought here — you receive a quotation, and payment is by invoice.

Can we spread the cost, or pay monthly?

Usually, yes. A job can be arranged as a fixed price, as staged milestones where you pay as each stage lands, or as a monthly retainer for continuing work. Staging means you are not asked for the whole fee before anything exists. Tell us what suits your cash flow when you enquire — the payment structure is part of the quote, not something fixed before we have spoken.

How quickly do you reply?

Usually within hours, and on WhatsApp or Telegram often within minutes: both reach the team directly, not a ticket queue. Ask for a change after launch and it lands in days, not weeks.

What happens after launch, and am I tied to you?

Launch is usually the start rather than the end. Most clients stay on a monthly support plan covering hosting, monitoring, security updates and small changes, quoted against what the system actually needs. It is optional. Hosting and infrastructure are set up in accounts in your name wherever the platform allows, so if you ever want to take the work elsewhere, you can.

Can you take over software someone else built?

Yes. We regularly take over half-finished or unmaintained apps and systems, review the code, stabilise it and carry on. See software rescue under Hosting & Support.

Who owns the code, the data and the accounts?

You do, on full payment, as set out in our terms. That covers the code we write for you, your data, and the hosting, domain and app store accounts, which we set up in your name wherever the platform allows. We hand over repositories and documentation, and we keep only the general tools and libraries we already had.

Ready to build something?

Tell us what you need. WhatsApp and Telegram reach the team directly, we reply with questions, then a written quote — no obligation, nothing to buy here. Good work is priced properly, and paying for it is flexible: a low entrance fee, then monthly payments that suit a growing business.
