Which AI models do you use?
Whichever fits the task. We choose the model and provider based on what the job needs, what it costs to run and how private the data is, and we can run on the major providers or privately on your own infrastructure. We explain the choice in the quote and can switch later if a better option appears.
Is my data safe?
We design for it. Your content stays under your control, access is restricted, and where data is sensitive we choose models and hosting that keep it private. We tell you exactly where data goes and what is retained, and put it in writing.
Will the AI make mistakes?
Sometimes, which is why we scope it honestly. For tasks where an error matters we build in confidence checks and human review, and we test against your real examples before release rather than promising accuracy we cannot show.
Can you add AI to software we already have?
Yes. Most of our AI work goes into existing apps, websites and back-office systems through APIs. We work with your current team or take the whole job on.
