Terms & Conditions

These terms govern services supplied by Baal Co., Ltd., a company registered in the Kingdom of Cambodia under company number 1000649730, with its registered office at Urban Village, Hun Sen Boulevard, Prek Tanou Village, Sangkat Chak Angrae Lue, Khan Mean Chey, Phnom Penh Capital, 120601, Cambodia. By engaging us, you agree to them.

Services

We supply technology, e-commerce, logistics, and business solutions services. We do not sell goods or services directly through this website. Every engagement is agreed individually in writing — by email, Telegram, or WhatsApp — setting out the work to be carried out, the fee, and the timescale. That written quotation, together with these terms, forms the agreement between us.

Quotations and pricing

Prices are not published on this website because our services are quoted individually against each client's requirements. A quotation is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued unless we state otherwise, and is inclusive of the work described in it only. Anything outside that description is treated as additional work and quoted separately before we begin it.

Payment

Fees are payable in United States dollars (USD) against an invoice or a secure payment link that we issue to you. Card payments are processed by our bank's payment gateway. We never collect, process, or store card details on this website or on any system of our own.

Unless the quotation says otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. We may pause work on overdue accounts after giving you notice.

Your responsibilities

• Provide the information, content, access, and approvals we need to carry out the work, within a reasonable time of us asking for them.
• Ensure you own, or are licensed to use, any material you supply to us, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• Ensure the goods and activities involved in any logistics or e-commerce engagement are lawful in every country they pass through or are sold in.

Our responsibilities

We will carry out the work with reasonable skill and care, keep you informed of progress, and treat the information you share with us as confidential. Where a delivery date is agreed, we will meet it unless something outside our control prevents us, in which case we will tell you promptly.

Intellectual property

Work we produce specifically for you transfers to you once it has been paid for in full. We keep ownership of any tools, libraries, and general know-how we already held or developed independently, and we may reuse those on other work.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are dealt with under our Refunds & Cancellations policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your rights under Cambodian law

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under the Law on Consumer Protection of the Kingdom of Cambodia. If you engage us as a consumer, your statutory rights — including the right to seek repair, re-performance, or a refund where a service is not carried out as agreed — apply in full whatever else these terms say, and we do not exclude or limit our liability for the quality of the services we provide to you.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Where you engage us as a business rather than as a consumer, and only so far as Cambodian law allows, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you have paid us for that engagement, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or other indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and the courts of Cambodia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
