That is the normal starting point, and it is the part we are good at. Most people arrive with a problem rather than a specification. We ask questions until the idea is clear enough to price, and if the honest answer is that you need less than you thought, we will say so.

A conversation. Tell us what the business does, what you want the software to do, and roughly when you need it. You do not need a written specification, designs or technical detail — that is our job. Content, logins and branding come later, and we will tell you exactly what we need and when.

It depends on scope, which is why the timescale goes in writing with the quote rather than being guessed at here. A focused website, or a first version of an app, is usually weeks rather than months. Larger platforms are split into stages so something useful is working early instead of everything arriving at the end.

Tell us what you need through the form or by message. We ask questions, then put the scope, fee and timescale in writing. There are no prices on this website because every job is different, and nothing is bought here — you receive a quotation, and payment is by invoice.

Usually, yes. A job can be arranged as a fixed price, as staged milestones where you pay as each stage lands, or as a monthly retainer for continuing work. Staging means you are not asked for the whole fee before anything exists. Tell us what suits your cash flow when you enquire — the payment structure is part of the quote, not something fixed before we have spoken.

Usually within hours, and on WhatsApp or Telegram often within minutes: both reach the team directly, not a ticket queue. Ask for a change after launch and it lands in days, not weeks.

Launch is usually the start rather than the end. Most clients stay on a monthly support plan covering hosting, monitoring, security updates and small changes, quoted against what the system actually needs. It is optional. Hosting and infrastructure are set up in accounts in your name wherever the platform allows, so if you ever want to take the work elsewhere, you can.

Yes. We regularly take over half-finished or unmaintained apps and systems, review the code, stabilise it and carry on. See software rescue under Hosting & Support.

You do, on full payment, as set out in our terms. That covers the code we write for you, your data, and the hosting, domain and app store accounts, which we set up in your name wherever the platform allows. We hand over repositories and documentation, and we keep only the general tools and libraries we already had.
