Ways to pay
Every job is quoted individually, in writing, before work starts, and how you pay is part of that conversation. You do not need the full fee upfront: tell us what suits your cash flow and we spread the cost over terms agreed with you. There are no prices on this website and nothing is bought here: you receive a quotation, and payment is by invoice or secure payment link.
Fixed-price project
A defined scope, a fixed fee and a timescale, all in writing before we start. You know exactly what you are getting and what it costs, and the fee can be spread over a payment schedule rather than paid upfront.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need custom software, or would an off-the-shelf system do?
Sometimes off-the-shelf is the right answer, and we will tell you so. Custom makes sense when a packaged system forces you to work its way, when you are paying for seats and features you do not use, or when the process is what sets your business apart. We look at what you do before recommending either.
Can you work with the systems we already have?
Yes. Most business systems we build sit alongside accounting packages, payment providers, messaging apps and online stores that are already in place. We connect to them rather than asking you to replace them.
Our processes are messy. Do we need to tidy them up first?
No. Mapping the process is part of the job, and the untidy parts are usually where the most time is being lost. We work through how things actually happen with the people who do them, then build to that.
Who owns the system and the data?
You do. The data sits in your own database and can be exported at any time, and the code transfers to you on full payment as set out in our terms. Nothing is locked to us.
