Frequently asked questions
Do you need the original developer's help?
No. It helps if they are available, but we regularly take over systems with nothing but the code and the hosting login. If access is missing, recovering it is the first job.
Will you tell us if it should be rebuilt?
Yes, and we will show our reasoning. Sometimes a rebuild is cheaper than a repair; more often it is not. The review answers that before you spend on either.
Can the business keep running during the work?
