Every job is quoted individually, in writing, before work starts, and how you pay is part of that conversation. You do not need the full fee upfront: tell us what suits your cash flow and we spread the cost over terms agreed with you. There are no prices on this website and nothing is bought here: you receive a quotation, and payment is by invoice or secure payment link.

Will we lose the flexibility of a spreadsheet?
You lose the ability to break things by accident, and you keep the ability to change. New fields, new reports and new rules are quick to add, and we stay on to add them as the business changes.
Can we keep using Excel for some things?
Yes. Most systems we build export to Excel on demand, and where it makes sense they import from it too. The system becomes the source of truth; Excel becomes a tool you use with it rather than the thing everything depends on.
What happens to the data we already have?
We migrate it. Existing records are cleaned, checked with you and loaded into the new system before go-live, so day one starts with your history intact rather than a blank screen.
